Mestara Mentorship
The 4-week personalized mentorship program, featuring weekly webinars and 1:1 mentoring with carefully matched mentors, empowers Indonesian women with the confidence, clarity, and community they need to achieve their goals —whether that’s advancing their career or securing a master’s degree.

Mestara English Convo Club (MCC)
This 8-session conversation class offers a fun environment to address the challenges faced by participants who lack a platform to practice English conversation. It helps improve speaking and listening skills, boosts confidence for interviews, overcomes workplace difficulties, and prepares for success in English tests.

Mestara Berdaya
Mestara berdaya empowers underprivileged girls in rural areas to unlock their full potential and break the cycle of poverty.
Fully funded by the profits from mentorship programs and donations, it offers skill development and scholarship opportunities to help at-risk students pursue their dreams and build a brighter future.
